What does gender-based misconduct look like?
约会暴力. The use of 物理 violence, 强迫, 威胁, 恐吓, 隔离, 跟踪, 或者其他形式的情感, sexual or economic abuse directed towards a person who is or has been in a social relationship of a romantic or sexually intimate nature with the victim. Dating violence can be a single act or a pattern of behavior in relationships.
家庭暴力. The use of 物理 violence, 强迫, 威胁, 恐吓, 隔离, 跟踪, 或者其他形式的情感, sexual or economic abuse directed towards (a) a current or former spouse or intimate partner; (b) a person with whom one shares a child; or (c) anyone who is protected from the respondent’s acts under the domestic or family violence laws of Oklahoma.
性侵犯. Includes both non-consensual sexual touching and intercourse. Any intentional sexual touching or sexual intercourse with any object without a person’s consent.
性骚扰. 不受欢迎的性挑逗, 性要求, 还有其他口头上的, 物理, or visual conduct of a sexual nature constitute sexual harassment when: (i) submission to such conduct is made either explicitly or implicitly a term or condition of an individual’s education, or educational or campus life activities; or (ii) submission to or rejection of such conduct by an individual is used as the basis for academic or student life decisions affecting that individual; or (iii) such conduct has the effect of unreasonably interfering with an individual’s academic performance or creating an intimidating, 充满敌意的, 有损人格的, or offensive campus or living environment.
性剥削. Non-consensual abuse or exploitation of another person’s sexuality for the purpose of sexual gratification, 经济利益, personal benefit or advantage, or any other non-legitimate purpose.
跟踪. A course of conduct directed at a specific person that would cause a reasonable person to feel fear or suffer substantial emotional distress. 跟踪 involves repeated and continued harassment against the expressed wishes of another individual, which causes the targeted individual to feel emotional distress, including fear or apprehension.
